   SMALL BOWS THAT CONTINUE EWD INTO WRN NY/NW PA THROUGH THE EVE.  BUT   THE SVR THREAT SHOULD DIMINISH AS THE RELATIVELY DRY PREFRONTAL AIR QUICKLY COOLS.
